This Student Non Disclosure and confidentiality Form is to be read and signed by all students of Igrowsoft Solutions Hyderabad, who are participating in Online Courses at Igrowsoft.
Section 72A in the Information Technology Act, 2000

72A - Punishment for disclosure of information in breach of lawful contract. -Save as otherwise provided in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, any person including an intermediary who, while providing services under the terms of lawful contract, has secured access to any material containing personal information about another person, with the intent to cause or knowing that he is likely to cause wrongful loss or wrongful gain discloses, without the consent of the person concerned, or in breach of a lawful contract, such material to any other person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees, or with both.

This is to certify that I have read and understood the above section of Indian information technology Act, 2000 and that as student of IGROWSOFT, I am in a lawful contract with IGROWSOFT. In this connection I am under legal obligation not to disclose, share or misuse any data, Study material, recordings or other content pertaining to this course provided to me by IGROWSOFT. I strictly accept and follow the rules and conditions of IGROWSOFT, will never share any details of admission given by the management. Any breach on part of me in this regard will entitle IGROWSOFT to take LEGAL ACTION against me as per above Section 72A of Information Technology Act 2000.

I agree to be liable and would be bound to repay in back IGROWSOFT, its affiliates and representatives, administrators, officials, and any other individuals assisting or involved in the Course delivery for any and all damages, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience or expense, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from my misuse or disclosure of data, Study material, recordings or other content pertaining to this course provided, shared to me by IGROWSOFT.

I further understand that any Information, Data, Study material, recordings or other content pertaining to this course provided to me by IGROWSOFT should be primarily used only as a study resource for me as a student enrolled in the Course and should not be used for other educational or commercial purposes and that this would apply in diverse settings and that there is no time or geographic limitation. I understand that I GROWSOFT may withdraw me from my course at any time if they find any failures on my side in this regard.

I have read and understand this form, I agree to be bound by its content and I affirm that I am a participant in the Course and voluntarily signing this of my own free will.
